New Kai Greene Video Tips in Arm Training

In this installment, Kai is working with a fellow MuscleMeds employee Adam Paz. Adam is a behind the scenes man who drives Kai around & make sure his appearance goes well. Adam wanted to see how it was to train with Kai & Kai accepted this. Kai goes through an intense arm training & teaches Adam that you're a bodybuilder & not a weightlifter. The tips gave Adam a better pump & knowledge to take to the of his other workouts. Watch the video & see the tips you can use for your better training. 

Warm Up: 12 cardio on stairs

Wrist Curls: 1 warm up, 3 x 15-20 reps
Reverse Curls: 1 warm up, 3 x 15-20 reps
Hammer Curls: 5 x 12-15
Reverse Pushdowns superset with Triceps Pushdowns: 4 x 20 (each grip)
Overhead DB Triceps Extensions: 4 x 20
Close Grip Bench Press: 4 x 15
Barbell Curls: 4 x 20
Incline DB Curls: 4 x 20
Preacher Machine Curls: 4 x 12-15
